Procedures

The following statements have been developed for a dual purpose. The initial goal is to assist the Clerks of Court and Court Services Secretaries in providing consistent, general information in response to broad inquiries. The secondary purpose is to give members of the public a quick, convenient place to find simple answers to general questions. These statements can also be found in a written brochure format at the office of any Clerk or Court Services office in our circuit, as well as at most public libraries within our circuit boundaries.
