Scheduling and questions pertaining to our northern counties (Corson,
Dewey, Harding, Perkins and
Ziebach Counties)
should be directed to the clerk of court’s office in that specific
county. Court is held in the northern counties every other Monday
and Tuesday. Each circuit court judge is assigned to one fourth of
the year (Jan-Mar Judge Bastian; April-June
Judge Johnson; July-Sept Judge Macy; Oct-Dec
Judge Eckrich). It is anticipated, that as near as possible, the
following will be the scheduled times in each location.
